Diolis Italian Market, established in Winston Salem in 2007, is a full service Italian Delicatessen and bakery.  My wife and I love to share our knowledge and traditions of Italian foods and baked goods.  We have been blessed with a passion for food and all things Italian.  We moved to Winston Salem from San Francisco in 1999, and it has been a dream of ours to start a business that provides some of the great food, wine, and retail goods that we grew up with.  Consequently, we offer Molinari salami’s, a San Francisco tradition since 1896.  Please check out our full line of Italian salamis and meats on that section of our web page.  We import Italian cheeses, some of which can only be found here at our little market.  Please take a look at those in that area of our web page.

We make all of our sandwiches with the highest quality meats and cheeses available.  All of the Italian sandwiches are made with Molinari meats and aged imported Italian Provolone or Emmemthal cheese from Switzerland.  We rotisserie our own turkey breast because we think it is the best in the Winston Salem area.

We also serve some Italian favorites like three meat lasagna, Vegetarian lasagna, meatballs, sausage and peppers, calzones, pasta salads, risotto salads and much more.
